Your Membership will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Wellspring Life Media Inc. cancels it. You may cancel your Membership renewal through your online account management page.

All Content on the Platform, including the website design, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Wellspring Life Media Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without our express written permission.

**6. Limitation of Liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wellspring Life Media Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of the Platform.
